Online video interview where you record yourself answering questions. They give you 3 attempts where you can try again for each question. All in all, was very straightforward, and getting multiple attempts to record took a lot of the stress away of letting your nerves get the better of you the first attempt.

The interviewers were really great! They described the roles for the internship in detail and what they would expect from the interns. It was easy-going and they seem very interested.

Interview
I was contacted through email to do a webcam interview with general pre-recorded behavioral questions. A couple of weeks later I got a call to schedule a live video interview through InterviewStream. During this interview I talked to an engineer in which we had a general conversation about my coursework, why I want to work at Burns and Mac, and projects that he was working on for his job among other things.
