Very professional but not intimidating-
If you are shortlisted you are called for a brief phone screening and then invited for an interview.
Upon arrival there is a short paper test about basic sales and behavioural test.The test is taken whilst in the waiting area. Also a section with abbreviations (related to estate agency and property) in which you had to give the definition.
1st Interview
The one to one interview with the assistant manager consisted of: A review of the test scores which I guess sets the tone for the rest of the interview (luckily I only got one wrong) and then the standard set of interview questions.
2nd interview
If you are successful you will be invited for a second interview with the CEO this was a more informal interview more like a conversation which was relieving.After this you are told to wait for an e-mail/callback
From here on the next step is a 1 month paid trial.
