Simple interview process. Sent my CV in an email, and got a response asking to do a writing test, which I completed before I got an initial phone call which then led to a more formal 45-minute interview.

The process happens quickly and smoothly, taking a few distinct steps. Firstly, submit a CV along with a few writing samples. Next, carry out a short writing task. After this, the editor will get in touch for an informal phone interview to learn a little more about you and your career goals. After this, you'll be invited for a face-to-face interview. This will last for around an hour, and you'll speak with the editor, CEO, and a member or two of the editorial team.
