Pros

You learn a lot and got involved with loads of different things. Colleagues and bosses are really nice and supportive too.

Cons

Limitations for growth due to the company size. Also compensation wasn't the best while I was there

Pros

BB is a good company to work with, people are really valued there. Suggestions are welcome and management will encourage their staff to develop and grow. Good atmosphere, there is a real collaborative and supportive spirit.

Cons

Usual issues of small companies but the pros far outweigh the cons.
