Interview
First round included an interview with the Marketing Manager and the PR Coordinator. Afterwards, Marketing Manager assigned a sample PR strategy proposal on a new internal idea to assess creativity, due before selecting candidates for a second round. The second round included a review and questions from the proposal and a interview with the CEO and VP of Product Development.
