The interviewer asked me really weird personal questions that did not relate to the job or my work experience. The interview in general sounded like this place asks you to do other things not related to the job, or to do things above your pay grade. Interviewer was not forthcoming about pay, benefits, vacation time etc. Interviewer kept talking about themselves, and how their employees are there forever, and that they are like family = red flag!
