Interview
The job opportunity was posted online, however there was no salary listed in the job description so this was a complete waste of my time (this is against the law now in NYC by the way so they should know the rules).

Question 1
The interviewer asked me really weird personal questions that did not relate to the job or my work experience.
The interview in general sounded like this place asks you to do other things not related to the job, or to do things above your pay grade.
Interviewer was not forthcoming about pay, benefits, vacation time etc.
Interviewer kept talking about themselves, and how their employees are there forever, and that they are like family = red flag!
I was asked to create sample work before even having a preliminary phone interview. My work was then corrected to the most minute detail that I was somehow expected to know, even though I never worked for the company, wasn’t trained, and was not even in an advance stage of the interview process. I could just tell I would be micromanaged daily, so I chose to not proceed with the interview process.
