ok... calls come and come and come. no final round comes as easy and not sure how many rounds they take. Applied position will be one and at the end requirement is changed and profile is diverted.

Interview
Telephone interview, then face to face with presentation followed by meeting with sales director. Telephone interview was straight forward, face to face delved into technical skills and work style. Interview with sales director was straight forward and more a double check to fit with CA core values etc
