Interview
Very standard process, emails and phone calls lead up to interviews. Was told to expect an email with an offer. Then a person ended up being out of the office so it was going to take another couple days. Noticed the position was reposted with a much lower salary range. Then never heard back from the recruiter, when contected was told they made a mistake with the salary range. They never even asked me if I was willing to accept the lower range, just quit contacting me.

Interview
Had a recruiter contact me on LinkedIn. They did screening questions and checked clearance. Interview was in person, one-one with direct supervisor. Super nice and easy to talk to. Was less formal.

What is your creative process when given an assignment?
The process is you have to go through a long background check process. I would suggest before you accept the job make sure you have a long good history of good credit build up because that has been a common thing that has held up the process of getting your security clearance.
