The interview process started with the job description on the CACI career site and a conversation with the hiring manager. Afterwards, the interview was scheduled and I met some members of the team as well as the government representative. I prepared for the interview by reviewing the material I would be using as a Business Analyst.

I had one phone screening conversation with recruiter and one round of in- person interview with the hiring manager. Then I met with three people from the team. Additionally I had to pass the background investigation and security clearance investigations.

I spoke with a recruiter over the phone about what I was looking for and she told me about the project. I came in a week later for an interview with 3 different people on the project. Two were managers and one seasoned project employee. I received an offer a few days later.
