First they took written then interview. They handled both exam in very professional way. They asked general qs in interview and also give a comprehensive overview of their company. But they make this process very lengthy, they finished whole process in 2 weeks.

After three trials, got shortlisted and HR called me for a written exam and then in the same day, interview. After 2 weeks of waiting, HR confirmed that I was selected. Afterward, it was only a medical process and clearance from the ex-employee before joining.
