The interview process for the position of Office Manager consisted of total of 3 rounds. 1st round with the Director of Business Development and the Chief Operating Officer. 2nd and 3rd round was the the founder/CEO. In the 2st round I presented myself and elaborated some points on my CV while the interviewers presented the company and its business model. The interview with the CEO/founder was brief and generic, indicating already in the 2nd round that I might be the most suitable candidate. In the last round the job offer was made to me.
