Interview
Called for interview first round, where from they got my reference don't know. Some internal HR support people takes interview informed me that on shortlisting they will call for final interview with their chairman Dr. chetan, next day they informed positively and fixed schedule. On interview Chairman gives piece of information to read after initial talks, which has process of appointment as sales consultant on sales closer and projection of hefty commission structure. No salary, perks and benefits.

They call for interview their they explain what their company does. Give assignment and then you never hear back from them. They just want code. thats it. After getting out of the company, I was thinking why was I called at the first place, Assignment can be given on phone/skype.
