Interview
Applied on their website, got called the next day. One in-person interview at their office. Second interview you go out to one of their sites (gas station) and follow them around as they sell car wax. They ask you some questions during this time but nothing hard. Then you're asked to write up and email and send it to them by a specified deadline.

Interview
The interview process was actually great, the employees were quick, friendly? and helpful, but not very forthcoming about the nature of the job. They say it's a marketing job that's "not about sales," but your compensation is actually entirely commission based, and the entire franchise is about closing sales rather than marketing.
I would not have minded the interview process if they had been up front that is was a commission based sales.
