CDIT interview questions

After the online application, I was approved for the next round and sent a link to a 5-page Google doc online assessment with 3 questions per page, asking for long-form answers about my experience, familiarity with particular software, and how would I handle hypothetical scenarios. Once I was approved after this stage, I was scheduled for a phone interview. While booking the phone interview, the interviewer proposed a second position they felt I would be good in, which I looked over and approved. During the interview, I was asked about my experience and potential experience with software and technology. After the phone interview, the interviewer said they would be in touch and I was ghosted after approximately 4 weeks.
