I was referred by a former colleague of mine who is currently an account manager at CDW. Within a day of his using an internal system to enter my name, I was a emailed a personality test. It contained behavioral questions and other screening assessments. After that, someone from HR called to schedule a phone interview a couple days out. That was fairly relaxed and consisted of questions like: "why technology sales", "why CDW", "why would you be good at this job", etc. You would want to have prepared some examples of sales experiences where you persuaded someone or resolved a conflict or overcame an objection. Within a day or two, I got a call to schedule a 1:1 interview with the manager whose team I'd be working on. That was more of the same behavioral in addition to situational questions. He definitely had a scripted agenda, and there were quite a few situational questions like: "what is your biggest accomplishment", "what is something you've struggled with", "talk about a time when you took initiative", "describe a time you resolved a conflict", "describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer". You also want to have prepared 6-10 questions about the job and the company that show you've done your homework and you know the job you're interviewing for.
