CDW Talent Acquisition - Recruiter interview questions

After applying online and waiting over a month for a call back, I was then phone screened. Another month goes by and another interview is completed. Finally, i get a call back a little over 2 months later that they wanted to fly me into the office for a final interview which was a 3 person interview process all seeming to have the same questions. The phone interviews were more details and behavior based then the in person inteview
