Interview with local representative and project manager. Start with introduction and experience. Afterwards questions related to past experience were asked. One week later, a call was received and been told not to further proceed with this position.

It started with the interviewee's self-intro. The interviewer will go through every detail written on the resume, asking for elaboration and examples. It ended up with the HR asking for the expected salary and the head hunter called for negotiation a few days later.
