The interviewer was misleading about the follow-up steps after the initial group interview question and answer. She seemed to steer people toward a business coach application where the coach would invest money to be a coach vs. a salary position of a BD manager.

First round was a conference call with eligible applicants. I was the only one on the call. The interviewer was kind and shared plenty of detail. I was not convinced by the model but I appreciate the interviewer's time.

Interview
They heard you like sheep into a "group" conference call to tell you how great they are and that they can't handle all the business. It's a scam! They are trying to compete with Vistage, etc. A whopping a $30k annual salary plus commission. 35% is your share to start. So YOU do all the work to build a book of business and then they take most of the profits.
