The first interview was done over the phone and I proceeded to the second step. However, when I interviewed with the second person, it was done via Zoom. When the interviewer saw my face his just….fell. As if my looks offended him. After that the interview felt forced. Once I saw that I knew I was not going to get an offer and I was right.
