CH2M Manager interview questions

Contacted the company through a job posting. Approximately 10 days later I was contacted by the immediate supervisor requesting completion of a questionnaire/brief test. Contacted three weeks later requesting interview. Interview occurred an additional three weeks later (met three staff). All-in-all, it took close to three months. Long process.
