The good thing about CIBC is that they contact you through your e-mail first to set up the phone interview and you can reply with your desired interview time.
Quick phone interview, followed by in-person interview that took half an hour
behavioural questions and role play.
The interviewer was late in interviewing me by 5-10 minutes.

Why do you think you are right for this position (give three reasons)?
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
