Very standard. 1 round on-site with hiring manager after receiving HR call. Interviewers are easy to talk and more focus on my experience. Technical questions are asked while talking further on the experience.

the first round is with the director and another senior associate. They will do a interview together with you. Starting from a introduction of yourself and they will introduce what do they do in daily work.

They asked about how would you see the vision of CIBC and its image to clients and also which specific position you want to choose within the group
Three rounds of interviews. Met HM and the team separately. Mainly behaviour questions such as how to deal with team conflicts/ how to prioritize tasks/ career goals etc. plus some excel/VBA questions. Not too hard.
Previous experience and projects worked on, a few technical questions and behavioural questions. Question on why you are leaving previous role. Question on approach for resolving errors. Are you ok for hybrid work setting.
