Met with my future team. Very casual. Talked about my work and asked questions about why they liked to work there. I appreciated that there was space to both praise my work and just be myself.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at COLOR Creative (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process seemed straightforward, but their responses were strangely vague, causing me to hesitate. I struggled to find more information about this agency, prompting me to research the career backgrounds and portfolios of the leadership, which further fueled my reservations. Exploring Color's website proved challenging, with outdated information and a poorly designed interface that lacked a solid grasp of design basics. It gave me another reason to pause. My suspicion is that it might have been assembled using readymag with guidance from YouTube tutorials. In the end, I accepted a more appealing offer elsewhere.
