CPS Energy Project Manager interview questions

Three interviews, one phone call with HR, 2nd virtual with hiring manager and a panel, 3rd in person with hiring manager and their boss. A week after 3rd interview they requested samples of my work, which I provided. I felt I did ok on interview. Took about 3 months and after third interview, two weeks went by, I had to call to follow up, and I got a rejection email after I call to check status.
