Interview
Recruiter calling and going over your background and some basic core java questions, followed by hiring manager phone interview on your experience, then design and implementation coding exercise. Then final video interview with engineers in the team for about 3 hrs.
Phone interviewed that was followed by an onsite interview to the company headquarter office. I was interviewed by 4 people from the group I was supposed to work with. There was an IQ test and a technical writing test. The focus was on previous experience and team work capabilities..
