      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CS Energy (Edison, NJ) in June 2021

      Interview

1st step is a phone interview 2nd step- is a zoom interview 3rd step- They give you a project to due to test your skillset 4th step- Call with senior management 5th step- Director Call Process takes 2 months+ The company seems great and are doing big things in the industry but the process takes Soooooooo long to get to the next steps that one can easily become disheartened with the role. I would simply recommend that they take into consideration a candidates time. Especially in todays world.

      Interview

Save yourself the time and energy and don't even apply for this position. This interview process was one of the longest and most inconsiderate ones I've ever had. Here is the break down: 6/18/21 - Initial phone screen 6/30/21 - Zoom interview with manager 7/04/21 - Submitted my assessment that they sent me 7/15/21 - Asked for follow up 7/22/21 - Final interview with two employees 8/05/21 - Asked for update 8/24/21 - Asked for additional update Still to this day (9/16/21) I haven't heard a "yes" or a "no" from them. When I asked for the update on Aug 5th, the HR rep said they should have news by the end of the week. More than 2 weeks later when I reached out again, they said that they will work on getting me feedback but that the position was still open. So out of all the candidates they interviewed with, they didn't find anyone good enough?? As another review mentioned, this company needs to be more considerate with the candidates that they are interviewing. These interviews and assessments take time out of our day/job search and to not have the decency to give feedback is unacceptable. I have an extremely hard time believing this company is one of the best places to work in NJ when they can't even be bothered to treat their potential employees with respect.

I researched this. This position is filled and was filled in August. There is a system generated rejection that it looks like you received 1. You were in consideration for 2 role and there are emails that you received rejection and asked for consideration for future opportunities and what you can do better. You were so passionate about industry and behind the scenes your resume was passed to other departments. Unfortunately it didn't work out. Communication is important - I have reached out to the team and our ATS to investigate why you didn't receive the second email. Thank you for your feedback.
