CS Energy Legal Assistant/Paralegal interview questions

I applied online, they sent me an assessment (that I did not great). Then the process was divided in three stages; first a call with Talent Acquisition Person, she was amazing and made me felt more interested in the role and the company. Second a virtual interview with the hiring manager. She was kind, professional and friendly. I got the feeling she is an amazing leader and a great mentor. The last interview was with the the executives on-site. They made me confirm my thoughts about the company, super professional, friendly and open to ask and respond all my questions. They are the kind of professional you want to work with. At the end I couldn’t accept the offer because at this time I need more flexibility commuting, they need at least 3 days on-site, but I keep thinking this place will be a great opportunity to succeed and keep growing.
