Very standard hiring process. I was interviewed by my manager, by the people I would be directly working with, and an HR manager. It seems that there is no standardized process or questions, so it can go in all directions depending on how experienced the people are in interviewing people. The HR manager was mainly providing me with information about benefits and did not seem to be involved in the hiring decision.
The questions revolved mostly around my experience and technical skills. Very few were asked about my soft skills and potential fit with CSEM culture.
