I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CSL Plasma (Houston, TX) in July 2018
Interview
After I applied online, I was immediately asked to take a 20 minute skills test, basic math, problem solving, etc. I was called a couple of days later to set up an interview for the next day. I was interviewed by the assistant center manager who was really kind and helped make it a relaxed yet professional environment. The whole conversation was really just a thorough description of the job itself, he didn't ask me questions about myself but mostly questions on how I feel about the job. He also gave me a tour of the facility. I applied for Donor Support Tech, but was given two positions to choose from, either that or Phlebotomist. The latter was full-time and it paid more so I opted for that one instead.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CSL Plasma
Interview
They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

Interview
It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions, such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
