I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSL Plasma (Atlanta, GA) in June 2019
Interview
I submitted my application on their website, and they called about a week later to schedule an in-person interview (there was no interview over the phone). They were in need of phlebotomists, so the interview was quick and easy. The interviewer asked my availability on the spot to see if I can come in for training the following week.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

Interview
They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

Interview
It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions, such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
