Education salary am I reliable. Order of blood draw. Get along with others, dialysis dept, daily pick ups and return samples to process ing. In and out patient and ER department. Difficult draws verses easy draws sterilization is a number one priority in addition to patient identification no blood draws on infant foot heals with out proper training from nurse urinalysis. Different draws require different care, example on ice or wrapped to protect from light depending on what test the Dr ordered

Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
