Interview
Filled out application on line and then was called by recruiter within 2 hours. Recruiter verified the salary of the to make sure it would be acceptable prior to setting up interview with Center Manager. Interview took place 1 week later. After face to face interview I was told they would get back to me by the end of the week. No one called me so I checked back with Center Mgr and was told I was hired but he had been busy and that was the delay in him getting back to me to officially hire me. He then set up a time for me to meet the immediate supervisor who kept me waiting for over 30 minutes in the lobby and then gave me a brief tour of the facility. It took about a week after meeting the supervisor for me to receive an official offer letter.

Interview
Simple and previous nursing experience is very helpful. Was able to complete a shadowing experience to better understanding expectations of the role. Must be able to understand the process of following the guidelines for donation process.

Quick and easy. Basic interview questions. Was able to negotiate salary. Pleasant interviewer. Only one interview. No shadowing. Ability to ask questions. Was told about companies purpose and history. Seemed to value my expertise.

Interview
Hiring involves a lot of training before doing the actual job, which takes more than 2 weeks. This causes the high turnover rate. You also do a scavenger hunt around tbe facility so you are aware of all of the other departments. You get assigned a locker.
