Interview
The interview process at CST Savings included a HR phone screening and then a virtual interview with the hiring manager (two step process). After the phone screening, it took a couple of weeks to hear back from the recruiter, which was a bit surprising. The interview questions were straightforward and focused on the overall mission of CST.
