CW Group interview questions

The first interview went well, I was quickly invited to participate in a second interview with an Excel test and report writing. The first interview was very focused on my experience and the work carried out by the company. I asked what flexibility was like with working hours and was told that there wasn't much, it was expected that the schedule would be adhered to and that I would work extra hours. On the second interview, despite having some difficulties with the Excel test, the feedback was good. I was then invited for a final interview with the CEO, and when I said I couldn't attend on the suggested day and proposed another date, I received no further response.
