Interview
Initially, you get interviewed by the HR person, up to the department head. Then the GM, general manager interviews as well on your background and experience. And finally, the President/Owner/Founder assesses your suitability on the role.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cabalen Group (San Fernando, Pampanga) in June 2023
Interview
They did not call on the scheduled time of the interview. They should've had the courtesy of informing if the interview will be cancelled or what. If you will still be interviewed or what. I didn't proceed with the other interviews for that day, and because of that I wasted almost 4 hours waiting for their feedback. Very rude and unprofessional.

There where no questions since the interview didn't even happen. The people there are very unprofessional.
