You can apply from within the restaurant. Sign an application form then you meet with three managers. Took about 1 week to get hired. First I was interviewed by the front of the house manager, then the food and beverage manager and lastly the general manager who made the final decision to hire me. Overall good interview, just frustrating with the waiting time.

Interview
After applying online, I received a phone call to come in and interview with the manager. Very personable, welcoming, interview. About 15 minutes of talking and explaining the values of customer service and atmosphere.
