First interview was a 15-minute phone screening interview, asking questions that easily could've been answered in the application (are you eligible to work in Canada, what is your experience, etc.).
Second interview was a 30-minute video call with HR and 2 managers, asking generic interview questions (previous conflicts, time management, etc.).
Third interview was another 30-minute video call with 1 manager and the Sr. Testing Tech, asking pretty much the exact same questions as were previously asked.
Then you have to do a Wonderlic assessment and then they ask for reference and education verification.
At no point do they actually tell you the salary you will receive, until the offer.
Entire process took about 3 weeks for them to offer just above minimum wage. Pretty big waste of time, and could definitely be streamlined.
