Phone screen and then interview with the Sales & Marketing Director. Phone screen recruiter was great. Very cordial and professional. When it came to interviewing with the Director/hiring manager, the interview went south. First of all, he was like 10 minutes late into our 30-minute interview so he lacked professionalism there. Interview proceeded and seemed disinterested in the interview as he was multitasking with work, emailing people, and checking his phone constantly. He also made an assumption about my work history that I was a job hopper. No dude, I experienced a layoff due to a global pandemic and another layoff because of an industry event. Wouldn't let me ask him all my questions because time was up even though he wasted 10-minutes of it being late. Very disrespectful and painted a disgusting overview of the company for me. Also, they never sent out a communication that I wasn't going to be moving forward so they are a ghosting-type company. They lack the courtesy and professionalism. If you're considering a job with the company, well, this is the company you'd be working for...
