There were three interviews: The first was candidate with recruiter; the second was candidate, recruiter and Director Business Development. The third was candidate, recruiter, Director Business Development and the Managing Director.

Lots of questions about technical understanding of Federal, Defense acquisition, procurement, proposal and technical writing as well as understanding and experience with Caladwich business areas. Discussed related certifications, provision of writing samples and preferred professional references.
