Aptitude test and Interview, spoke with two upper management for about an hour. Had to create some excel graphs and some show understanding of economic trends for aptitude test. Relaxed interview, spoke about history. Candidates might get to meet other interns if the interns have a shift during your interview. Met intern who would do training.

Asked about resume, time in previous positions and time at school.
They give you an Excel exercise and have you come in for an in-person interview. The Excel exercise involves simple calculations and you have to make some charts. It's basic stuff if you know hoe to use Excel.

Interview
It was not very difficult, prior to an interview you have to complete an excel test where you recreate charts using data which they provide to you over email. The interview composed of going over my resume and being knowledgeable about economic trends. The hours offered are very flexible. Also, a major point that the interviewers focused on was attention to detail.
