I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Callibrity (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2021
Interview
Round 1 - HR Screen. Round 2 - 2 timed HackerRank problems. Round 3 - A super creepy HackerRank with 2 developers talking to me and watching me with both my screen and my web cam being shared. So off putting. Not at all what real programming is like. Creepy. The watching me on video made me so nervous. I got most test cases passing, I was not told a time limit, and shortly with a few test cases left the interviewer concluded the interview. I was confused because I was continuing to add tweeks and passing more cases. I assume I surpassed some time limit they set. The worst interview process I have been on in years.

Interview
This was a weird one. Purposely cruel....absurdly long......scammy......that's what comes to mind when I think about the Callibrity interview process I experienced. In my 6+ years of software it was certainly the worst. 1. Basic 30 min recruiter interview ( More on this person later. ) 2. Soon after a timed coding challenge of 2 problems was sent to me. I completed it with some refactoring done and plenty of time to spare. Perhaps these are low-medium level questions. I suppose you could "cheat" on these easily enough since it's not proctored. But if you have some experience you should be fine. (24 days later...) 3. Live coding w 1 other dev. It was a single challenge. A while loop did the trick and I was able to effectively solve this one. I'd rate it as medium level. This part was fine and the chat was aok. (16 days later....) 4. A behavior assessment was sent to be completed just before the final interview. 5. A final interview w 2 senior staff regarding fit. A few general technical questions (what design patterns have you used, tools you like kinda stuff) were asked but it mostly a casual chat. They were nice and this was fine. This was followed by weeks of ego stroking texts from the recruiter person telling me to get ready....any day now.....great news is coming! Included was one weird exchange of (pre?) negotiating salary before I even saw an actual offer. This part was absurd and what ultimately made the whole process feel cruel considering the end result. I didn't need my hand held but this person went way outta their way. There was 5 days or so of no sleezy salesman texts about how excited they are so I reached out to them. 3 days or so later they tell me "Unfortunately, the project we had planned to kick off has been delayed due to client restructure and funding." This was 38 days after the final interview! I don't think I've ever waited more than a week before. Honestly, I came away feeling like I'd been scammed but unsure of how or of what exactly.
