Process was rather standard compared to my experience interviewing at other similarly sized tech companies. There is an on-video HR screening, a non-proctored set of coding challenges in CoderPad (two EASY-MEDIUM LeetCode-style questions), a "pair programming" session in CoderPad with 2 senior developers (write up a class that fulfills X business reqs and passes Y set of pre-written unit tests), and finally an interview with one of the C-suite. The discussions with the recruiter, senior devs, and C-suite employee went well. The senior devs had each been at the company for about a decade and praised the workplace.
