Zoom call interview, claimed to have great work life balance, but demands you be available to answer we chat messages or emails at all times of the night until 11pm at least (?) Also assigned a project after the first interview to be completed with design, trend research, color and materials, line art and everything with 2-3 days notice to work on this. I work full time, I'm interviewing at 3 other places all with their own projects, and I have a scheduled vacation for 4 days and it seemed he was about to assume that I'm going to work on his project during my vacation. This interview was a big red flag for me for a company that doesn't understand or respect boundaries right off the bat and I will not be applying again.

Can you complete a project for us within the next two days where you research trends based on a style of shoe, combine research and color stories, complete line art for designs and be able to justify your direction in a presentation.
