There was an interview stage before a short unpaid stint to get you familiar with the target group. Interview was nothing out of the ordinary, just typical interview questions and the interviewers were polite and friendly. They did ask about whether I attended church though.
Phone interview then panel interview with 2 team members. STAR questions with a lot of note taking. Most of the questions were about how to handle pressure, communication internally and with prospective customers and also about how to get on with others/willingness to be a part of a team.
