through an recruiting agency, I did the preliminary testing there, language test, computer test, and I am quite sure the recruiting agency was giving a full report on the personality and over-all myself presentation. I was invited after in their offices where I met the director, went again through more tests: personality, math and language test. I surely did fine, because I got an offer.
