Sehr offen, guter Austausch auf Augenhöhe, interessierte GesprächspartnerInnen. "Ablauf" ein offener Austausch über Erfahrungen, Motivation und Ziele im neuen Job. Aber hier und da auch mal in konkrete z.B. Projektsituationen eingetaucht und diese im Detail besprochen (wie man sich verhalten hat, etc.).

The first interview was a very friendly HR interview, more of a chat that lasted for one hour and the HR representative was very nice and helpful. The second interview was a technical one with the hiring manager and the department head and lasted for two hours, they too were very nice and the conversation was smooth and quite informative. A few days after the interview I was notified that I was rejected per phone but it was honestly the nicest rejection I got, first, it was a phone call which is personal and shows how they respect candidates, they also provided a reason for the rejection and it was that they found another candidate with more years of experience which I also totally understand and appreciate. My interview experience was overall very positive and I am glad I got to meet the people I interviewed with regardless.
