The first round consisted of the interviewer describing the company overall and the day to day operations for the two teams where an opening was available. The one they were actively looking for was the Good Sam division.

I had several phone interviews with the then-manager of the team (she has since moved up in the company to a different role). She was very up-front with the expectations of the role and schedule, the day-to-day tasks, and the pay. There were no empty promises about the nature of the rotating schedule or salary, and the role was truly remote and would not return to in-office at any point.

Met with 2 managers. They were very professional yet down to earth. Interviews were very fair and concise. It progressed to an offer that was fair. They were looking for new recruiters.
