The interview process was standard. I was interviewed by one director for technical and scenario based questions. The second interview was hosted by two managers for more detailed interview and culture fit.
Casual, comfortable, engaging. The hiring team was very approachable and the interview felt more conversational than transactional. Each step of the process was well defined and I was always kept in the loop as to what were the next steps.

Design experience and understanding of a utilization structure.
Not very organized but lots of freedom to direct the interview in a way I wanted. Felt like some of the people in that interview room probably shouldn’t be interviewing people.
