There is a initial pre-screening phone call with the HR, and if successful, you are scheduled the 30 minute interview with 2 actuaries as a panel. Overall a smooth process, with quick updates.
One interview, basic questions on interest in Canada life, the life insurance field, and the actuarial profession. Interviewed by two managers. Interview was 30 minutes long and felt comfortable for the entire time.
